Diaverum follows a pattern of digital integration of all clinical processes, at national and global level to ensure more information, more control and more efficiency.
To ensure the best water quality in our clinics, we use Ultra Pure Water for dialysis through the two-stage reverse osmosis system, which has a monitored system 24 hours a day.
At Diaverum, HDF has always been present in our service portfolio. Haemodiafiltration - HDF is the most modern technology for RRT (Renal Replacement Therapy), with cardio protective action and more comfort to the patient in post dialysis.
Keeping in mind the patient safety, Diaverum offers also Telemedicine for outpatient’s consultations and interactive APD, which allows less need for patient visiting the clinics.
All clinics have a multidisciplinary team that works collaboratively, coordinated and absolutely committed with each patient in treatment and in their care plan.
As a team we are fully focused on the multiple needs of each patient, providing excellent care, bringing together an attentive and consensual view for each patient, with a view to optimize their treatment and their overall well-being. Renal care in each clinic includes, in addition to the medical care and haemodialysis, nutritionists, psychologists and social workers.
Currently, Diaverum Brazil has over 500 employees, caring for over 3200 patients at nine clinics, two dialysis clinics and an acute operation in Sergipe; and six dialysis clinics in São Paulo.
